INGREDIENTS320 g of Rana Gnocchi70 g of bacon 100 g of celery 40 g of black olives 40 g of Parmesan in pieces extra virgin olive oil salt and thyme to taste
PREPARATIONStew some bacon with a drop of oil in a saucepan; take off the fire and put the bacon on a sheet of absorbing paper. Meanwhile, cop the celery and the olives into small dice, mix them with pieces of Parmesan seasoning with extra virgin olive oil, salt and thyme.
