INGREDIENTS
320 g of Rana Gnocchi
70 g of bacon
100 g of celery
40 g of black olives
40 g of Parmesan in pieces
extra virgin olive oil
salt and thyme to taste

PREPARATION
Stew some bacon with a drop of oil in a saucepan; take off the fire and put the bacon on a sheet of absorbing paper. Meanwhile, cop the celery and the olives into small dice, mix them with pieces of Parmesan seasoning with extra virgin olive oil, salt and thyme. Cook the Rana gnocchi in plentiful salted water, drain it and dress with the bacon and the diced celery and olives.
